Stefan was born in Germany. He started his journey into the blue as a Scuba Instructor. Stefan taught in some of the worlds best diving spots like the Seychelles, the Maldives and the Red Sea of Egypt. In 2009 he left the tanks behind and concentrated on regular Freedive training. Competitive Freediving during International AIDA Events followed from 2010 onwards and since then Stefan has broken and set German National Records in all of the competition depth disciplines. In 2012 Stefan co-founded "Freedive Panglao" in the Philippines. Stefan is an AIDA Instructor Trainer and is running courses of all Levels, from complete beginners up to Instructor Level in English and German.

Dongha Kim was born in South Korea and has been living in the Philippines where he taught Scuba Diving in Moalboal, Cebu for more than two years. Fueled by his growing passion for Freediving he moved to Dahab, Egypt in 2012 where he decided to become a Freediving Instructor. During his time in Dahab DK participated in Freediving Competition and is currently Korea's deepest Freediver holding national records in four different disciplines.
DK is teaching SSI sanctioned Freediving courses in Korean. Together with Stefan he is running the first Freediving school in the Philippines that offers both AIDA and SSI courses.

AIDA Instructor Chao Wu (a.k.a. "Super") is originally from Beijing, China. He made Panglao his new home in early 2014. If he is not busy teaching AIDA courses in Chinese he is out in the water training which keeps him at the top of deep freediving in China. Together with Stefan, Super is also running AIDA pool courses in Beijing on a regular basis.

Kimmy was born in South Korea. She is an experienced PADI Scuba Instructor and has been teaching together with DK in Thailand and the Philippines. She was the first female Freediver to set Korean National Records in multiple disciplines, today she is focusing mainly on professional underwater photography while Freediving. Kimmy is coaching DK and Stefan at international Freediving competitions and takes care of our training schedules and Korean bookings.

Satomi is born in Hokkaido / Japan. She found her love for the sea during a holiday in Dahab / Egypt in 2000. This holiday became an 10 year stay during which she taught Scuba Diving to hundreds of people. Satomi was also active as an Advanced Trimix Technical Diver. So specialized she explored Dahab’s deep spots like the famous Blue Hole and the Canyon. In 2008 and the following two years Satomi taught together with Stefan in the Maldives. 
Since moving to the Philippines in late 2012 Satomi is managing all administrative aspects of Freedive Panglao. Besides she runs a
japanese e-shop for the special freediving equipment.

Stefan and Satomi are married.
